Tracy was just after what she could get from Dale. She was homeless when he met her and living in a camper. She signed the pre-nup (smart on his part) but then decided she wanted more. The judge threw it out because there was only one witness instead of two. This divorce had been going on for months and months and she wouldn't move out of the house, so she was there as a constant reminder that she wanted his money. He finally just had enough. He was my best friend and I am going to miss him.

I noticed no one is deeply saddened by the death of Dale. Or that anyone is looking at the way the judge just threw out the prenup as if contracts didn't matter and women are not responsible for making their own decisions and sticking to them.

This is a tragedy that will continue to occur so long as marriage remains one sided.
